Smallville Will be renewed for 9th Season

It looks like the Superman series “Smallville” will be renewed for its 9th season.The series is presently running its 8th season and it seems to have get some better ratings this season.According to RADAR sources, actor Tom Welling is just about set to do a 9th season of Smallville on the CW.
The 31 year-old actor plays Clark Kent on the show about the formative years of Superman.
Ratings have gone up this season thanks to the introduction of the villainous Doomsday and the departure of the boring Lana Lang. It is assumed that Erica Durance and Justin Hartley will return as popular regulars Lois Lane and Green Arrow, respectively. No word on the fate of Chloe and Jimmy Olsen. When a show has lasted this long, bumps in salaries often cause for a whittling of ensemble casts.
It still remains unlikely that Clark will don the familiar Superman costume, so as to avoid any possible conflicts and confusion with another big-screen incarnation of the Man of Steel.

i love smallville, its a brilliant idea that i believe started when all the prequels were coming out for most movies. the show has gone askew time to time, but they have at recent times given justice to the superman character. it is very small minded of the makers of smallville to stop the show after 9 or ?10. There is greater potential to extend the series to superman post cape too, i mean doomsday attacks ’sups’when he is the ‘red and blue’ not when he is in training pants. I am aware that we have had the lois and clark series the movies but its like the batman movies there can be a good versions twice (just batman 1+2). I would love to see the DC comics tht i have read most of my life come to the small screen in smallville, there is never shortage of storylines.
So come on guys keep the show going until Tom Welling retires and Durance has a stroke from excess botox!

This f*cking sucks i love this show they have so many that suck @$$ that should be canceled & not smallville so i say F/ck wb hope they fucckin crash in the market…………….
